Pillows and blankets can be used for comfort and support.

Sessions may be shortened, paused, or adjusted at any time.

Ongoing communication is encouraged throughout the session.

Sessions are guided by comfort, presence, compassion, dignity, and individualized care.

  • Clients may remain fully or partially clothed if preferred. 

  • Comfortable clothing is encouraged.​

Additional support:

  • Family members and caregivers are welcome to be present during sessions.

  • Caregivers are encouraged to ask questions and participate in comfort planning.

  • Communication with caregivers or healthcare providers may occur when appropriate and permitted.

  • Services are provided with respect for existing medical and hospice care plans.

Aftercare:

  • Hydration and rest afterward.
